1.Export Document
- Please fill in our airway bill.
- 3 copies of commercial invoice and related export document must accompany all non-document shipments.

2.Maximum Weight
- Maximum weight of individual package cannot exceed 28 kgs (except Italy shipment).
- All shipments send to Italy, individual package cannot exceed 25 kgs.
3.Volumetric Weight
- Volumetric weight will apply to any consignments with dimension weight that is greater than actual weight.
- The International Air Transport Associated (IATA) standards regulate, the volumetric weight formula is :
multiply ( length x width x height ) cm and divided by 6000.
4.Duties and Taxes
- CORNICHE is not responsible for any import duties and taxes of shipments at the destination country.
5.Delivery Service
- CORNICHE is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, residential addresses or hotel addresses without
telephone number and contact name.
- To change the delivery address, return or destroy shipment. Click to download the form.
- CORNICHE reserve the right to charge an extra handling fee for multiple re-delivery of the same shipment.

6.Pick Up Service
